NURSERY – The nursery is provided for most church activities.
VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL – Each summer our children and many children from the community come to VBS. This week combines instruction, music, crafts, Bible study, and fun that make it a memorable experience for all who participate.
UPWARD BASKETBALL AND CHEERLEADING – Is for grades K-5 and is an exciting Christian sports program offered to our church and community each year. Practice begins in December and games are in January and February. Children register with the church office in October.
OTHER ACTIVITIES – Happening throughout the year are other activities such as movie time, theme parties, special trips and other activities including Super Saturday, Easter Festival, Halloween Party and Christmas Play.
CHILDREN’S CHOIR - The Children’s Choir rehearses every Sunday morning at 9:30 a.m. The Children’s Choir presents music in the morning worship service once a month.
MOTHER’S DAY OUT – This is a program created for Preschoolers ages 2-5. A secure constant, and caring atmosphere allows our program to be more than a baby-sitting service. M.D.O.’s goal is to guide children in experiences that build good self-image, foster creativity, teach appreciation for the world, and develop awareness of all persons as God’s children. M.D.O. operates from 8:30-2:30 every Tuesday and Thursday during the school year. The children participate in physical activities, learning activities, crafts and music.
